Introduction

Polyether silicone oil RH-NB-6503 is a polyether modified polysiloxane,applied to allkinds of fabric,especially cotton,hemp and its blended fabric,endow fabric hydrophilic and soft finishing.

Application

Wide purpose. Applied to polyester, cotton and plush fabric.

Usage Amount for Reference

(1) Dipping Process:  RH-NB-6503 diluted emulsion     2-5%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-6503 diluted emulsion     15-40g/L

Package

 100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-6503: 100kg

Water: 300kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8438 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

3. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,  

4. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

5. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

6. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

7. Slowly add rest water while stirring add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.
